Pradyuman is the creative force behind ROOTS, who sees a brighter future for the organization. Achieving goals and objectives of the NGO is imperative to Pradyuman's own agenda. He believes we as a team can create a much larger difference in the lives of people living in slums. Dedication, loyalty, and hard work are some of the rules he lives by.

As a Head of Strategy, Rupanshi believes, "when there is a will, there is a way". Her dedication in finding solutions to all the problems is indisputable. One who leads with example and takes everyone together, strongly believes in organizational ethics and goals. Her compassion for the deprived masses living in underdeveloped areas is what keeps her excelling in every uncertain situation.

Shreya is the backbone of the project singlehandedly runs the show. She believes every individual has the potential to increase their productivity to its optimum. She is young, dynamic, and filled with energy. She takes on every challenge and fearlessly defeats every unwelcoming situation with flying colours. Shreya is optimistic, hence believes that ROOTS can reach its peak sooner than we all think.

For one of our first members, Divij Budhraja, being socially active goes beyond mingling in various social circles. Divij plays a pivotal role in his family businesses of construction and automotives, and yet does not shrug away his social responsibility he owes to the society that has given him so much. His vision to see India’s underprivileged have access to proper hygiene resonates with that of ROOTS and he feels that together we can create a better tomorrow for those who cannot dream to think beyond the present.

Anil is the diligent worker who actively handle inflow and out flow of all the raw materials from hotels. singlehandedly manages procuring of all the materials and recycling of soaps.
